WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS LAKE PARK CHURCH OF CHRIST?

We are a non-denominational church dedicated to helping others and reaching the lost in Lake Park and throughout the world. We are passionate about welcoming people from all walks of life and all backgrounds.

WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SERVICES?

We have services that meet on Sunday mornings, Sunday nights and Wednesday nights. We offer classes and ministries for every age group. We are located at 910 Long Pond Rd, Lake Park, GA 31636.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no dress code for attending services at Lake Park Church of Christ. Some attenders dress casually and some dress up—it’s all good! You are free to come exactly as you are, so wear whatever you are most comfortable in.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?

When you arrive at Lake Park Church of Christ, you will enter in the buildings main lobby. You’ll be greeted by a friendly smile from one of our greeters. You can check your kids into our kids’ ministry. There will be a 5-minute countdown to let you know when service will start, so you can be sure to get your seat before the service begins!

WHAT IS SERVICE LIKE?

We start our services with a few announcements about what’s happening at our church. We start our worship with songs that we sing a Capella. After a few songs we will serve communion and have an offering. We’ll then continue our worship through more songs, which flows right into the message delivered by our Minister, Marvin Greene. Our services are also streamed live via video. All of our services close with a invitation to respond to God in both worship and prayer.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

Our Kids ministry provides an amazing experience at every service. During Bible class students our given the opportunity to learn and study the Bible in a class room suited to their age. During Worship, kids 2 years old thru the 5th grade, have the opportunity to worship God in a unique setting designed with your child in mind.  We also offer a nursery for every service, along with a training room.

HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?

The best way to get connected is through our Life Groups. Life Groups have one purpose: to bring people together. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others so that we can grow in our faith, receive care in life’s ups and downs, and serve others. Connection is part of our design, but meaningful relationships aren’t always easy to find. That’s why Life Groups exist—to make these life- changing connections relevant and accessible to you. Life Groups meet at all different times, days, and locations and there are several different groups to choose from.
